The brake is a braking element installed on the motor of the outer rotor permanent magnet traction machine. The brake wheels on the traction machine are braked by two symmetrical brakes. When the current is applied, a magnetic field is generated to overcome the internal spring force of the brake. The brake moving plate is in the released state, and the motor of the traction machine is running; when the power is off, the brake springs and the two symmetrical brakes place the brake moving plate and the motor brake wheel in a "holding" status to perform braking.
The brake can also be installed on the brake element of the inner rotor permanent magnet traction machine motor. When the current is applied, a magnetic field is attracted to the moving plate. The brake plate and the brake disc are disengaged, then the motor can run. When the power is turned off, the brake is used the internal elastic force which makes the moving plate, the brake plate and the brake disc tightly adhered, then the braking effect is achieved through the brake disc and the brake plate and the motor mandrel.
The brake is composed of two sets of magnetic elements. It has the advantages of compact structure, low power consumption, convenient installation, wide applicability, low noise, high working frequency, agile action, and good stability etc. It is an ideal automation control actuator in modernization.

Note:The diameter of the brake wheel is 490mm / 510mm. The rated voltage can also be double voltage, DC198V is opened, and DC99V is maintained.
